(so it makes sense)
1. The prices are in order of level of stylist. Stylist / Senior Stylist
2. We are required by UK Law to do a skin/patch test for ALL CLIENTS. We use the Colourstart Passport system that will cover you a lifetime - please note the test kit is £15.
3. Consultations are required for ALL new colour clients (as well as returning clients we have not seen for extended periods OR wish for a change). Come in for a Cut & Consultation if you have questions about ANYTHING!
4. All clients will receive an email 1 week prior to their appointment. Please respond to this as a confirmation of your appointment time/date/services.
5. Deposits are required for ALL appointments. The deposit required will be 50% of the total bill.
(Please note we have a 48hr cancellation/rescheduling policy. Anything within this period will result in a loss of deposit). FULL CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW
6. We do implement an age restriction for all colouring services this is 16.

Here at Not Another Salon we choose to both use and recommend the insanely amazing INNOLUXE Treatment.
When this magic little potion is injected into your bleach/colour it actually starts to rebuild your hair from the inside out ensuring that while you’re in the chair you have the maximum amount of protection keeping your hair healthy with a gorgeous shine.
Fun fact there is a Stage 3 take home Elixir available so you can keep re-bonding your hair at home between salon visits!

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY -
The Salon operates a strict 48hr cancellation / rescheduling policy - this means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment PRIOR to this time frame the deposit is fully transferable / refundable.
If you fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice we will take the deposit as a loss for the stylists time & a NEW deposit will be required to reschedule. If you fail to complete your skin test within the required time, your appointment will be viewed as a last minute cancellation and deposit withheld.
If you cannot reach us via phone due to a busy line or the Salon being closed you MUST send us email confirmation of the cancellation or required reschedule.
