    How It Works:

    Each month we will allocate a set number of selected appointments / services to be offered at a reduced price. These appointments are designed to accommodate individuals who would like premium salon services but may find them financially challenging. Availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis, to ensure fairness.

  • The world’s first silent haircut!

    We’re known for inclusivity and our no judgment policy but now we are taking it one step further by becoming the world’s first salon to officially offer a service when booking to opt out of general chit chat.

    While so many of us love a chin wag at the hairdressers others just need some time out and that should be ok to ask for.

    .

    So why is it we feel embarrassed to say we need some quiet time? Why do we feel we need to bury our heads in a book and hope they get the hint? Is it that we are too British to ask? .

    .

    Your stylist will still talk you though your consultation and any hair related information throughout your service, but the rest of the time is yours. All you have to do is ask for a 'silent' cut or colour when booking and no one will judge you for it. In fact, the stylist would probably also love it too! .

    Not Another Salon will always be a loud and hectic environment, full of chatter and laughter. But we feel we can cater to everyone more than ever before. .

  • We were UK’s first salon to offer a silent haircut. We now also offer Mirrorless service to tell a client there is no shame in reasons why they dread going to the salon!

    To be honest we’ve always done mirrorless services. If we get the vibe the client is avoiding speaking to us in the mirror we will turn them around

    Lots of people don’t want to chitchat, and lots of people don’t want to stare at themselves in a mirror for hours - we get it!

    “From a scientific point of view we are 6 times more likely to remember the negative than the positive, so no matter how fabulous that final ‘reveal’ moment is, it is never going to replace the painful hours our client experienced before as they had the time to sit, stare and pick apart their perceived imperfections.     All our services are determined by hair length. Whether that be cut or colour.

    We encourage you to share your Pronouns with us, either at time of booking or throughout your appointment. If it is easier for you to express your pronouns visually we even have have pronoun badges for you to wear!
